I'm glad she thought it cute.

Cab was just sitting outside of a bar, nobody on street

Cab did not just pick up or drop anyone off. Cab was sitting in lane near bars.

Cab waiting out in front of Cell Block, although nobody hailing cabs there (people were waiting in line to get in).

Cab across from Cafe Ba Ba Reeba (a well-liked tapas restaurant).

Nobody was hailing the cab either. He just pulled over and decided to sit.

Note the ENORMOUS amount of curb space available but arrogantly ignored.

Peg Leg Sullivan's I believe is the bar here. There are almost always cabs waiting in the bike lane, despite two or three spaces to the right.

This cab took off quickly after I snapped a photo.

This cab driver was waiting out in front of MTX even though there were no potential fares. And, there was plenty of open (albeit illegal) curb space right behind it.
