This is in front of Sushi Samba Rio at 504 N. Wells. The valet company, Premium Valet, was "temporarily" placing cars here. However, the cars had been sitting here for at least 3 minutes. As I arrived to take pictures, 3 valet drivers got in three of the cars and moved them down the street. I also called the police.
