There are plenty of reasons why people would be attracted to this block. There's a dry cleaners, a donut and coffeeshop, and a bank. And those are three great reasons why there should be different parking regulations; either a loading zone, parking meters (as exists on other blocks on Washington), or flashing lights zone.
